    Reading Giraffe is  the place where where books run wild! By making stories interactive, fun, & ACTIVE adventures, our mission is to create lifelong readers. With fun new titles each session, our curriculum utilizes “The Whole Book Approach” from The Eric Carle Museum to immerse students in picture books, turning tales into collaborative, exciting adventures in learning! Created by local author/educator Derick Wilder, Reading Giraffe was born out of his passion for both reading and writing children's books!

    Playball     has been teaching children around the world for 40 years, with a mission of improving children's lives through our sports programs! Each session contains a fresh set of sporty activities and fun games that hone skills for 7 sports--football, soccer, baseball, basketball, kickball, tennis, and volleyball. Our creative, low-pressure environment encourages boys and girls of all athletic abilities to join in the fun!

    Classes are for children ages 3 to 5 (Note: Children who turn 3 before the first class are eligible.)

    Reading Giraffe is on TUESDAYS  from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
    Playball is on THURSDAYS  from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
    Registration can be made for either program or for both!

    Our FEBRUARY Class Schedule & Costs
    ​Reading Giraffe: February 3, 10, 24 (3 classes - $39)
    Playball: February 5, 12, 26 (3 classes - $39)

    Classes are held in the gym, located up the stairs in the back of the building.
    Teachers walk the students to class, and parents can pick up at the doors to the gym at 2:00pm.

    Program Waiver

    Let's Playball, Inc. and our coaches are not employees of the school. Playball coaches provide instruction to the children and will not be under the direct supervision of the school's staff during the Playball and Reading Giraffe class times. By signing this form, I waive all claims for my child against Let's Playball, Inc., its coaches, the school or staff, and KIDINME Corp. for any illness or injury which may result directly or indirectly from participation in this activity.

    In the event of an emergency, I authorize officials of the program to secure from any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for the participant's immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered, including transportation charges. I certify that the participant has no medical conditions that would prevent him/her from being in the program.
    Late Pickup Policy

    The well-being of your child is our utmost concern, and a child who is picked up late can quickly become anxious! Also, our Coaches teach afternoon classes at other schools. So picking up on time both reduces the stress your child may face and shows respect for the time of our Coaches. So, while we certainly understand a parent's life can be hectic, please pick up your child promptly at 2:00pm (at the gym door at the top of the back stairs). Our goal is to NOT have to collect any of the following late fees for the entire year -- please help us reach it!

    Pickup between 2:01pm and 2:05pm: $10 dollar fee
    Pickup between 2:06pm and 2:15pm: $25 dollar fee
    * We will email an invoice. Note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
    ** There will be a $25 fee for late payments and returned checks.
Thank you for signing up for our FitLitKids classes! We run Playball, Reading Giraffe, and Kickball classes at schools around the area!

If you are paying via PayPal, you will also receive an invoice. If you are paying via check, please bring a check, made to Playball, to class when picking up your child.
